Christopher Ferratella is a partner of the law firm Yorio, Ferratella & Bowes. He was born and raised in Painted Post, New York. He earned his BA from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania in 2002 and his JD from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2005. Mr. Ferratella currently resides in Corning, New York with his wife and four children.
From 2006-2021 Mr. Ferratella worked part time as an Assistant Public Defender in Chemung County. From 2021-2024 he was a part time Assistant District Attorney for Steuben County. He was former President of the Steuben County Bar Association. At Yorio, Ferratella, & Bowes he practices primarily in the areas of real estate transactions, matrimonial law, landlord and tenant law, and all matters in family court, including custody and visitation, child support, adoption, paternity, representing both petitioners and respondents in family offenses. He is on the Attorneys for Children panel in Steuben County representing children who are involved in family court through custody proceedings, family offenses, abuse or neglect of the child, and defense of children in juvenile delinquent and P.I.N.S. proceedings.
