Anne Fitzsimmons

ANNE FITZSIMMONS – Anne has been with the firm for 27 years and works in the real estate department.  She coordinates all aspects of purchases, sales, and refinances, including preparing purchase contracts, keeping strict tabs on deadlines of the contract, ordering appraisals and inspections, preparing closing documents, arranging closing dates, tax prorates, payoffs, and post closing.  Anne goes above and beyond and maintains good communication with the real estate agents, clients, and other attorneys offices.

Deanna Baker

DEANNA BAKER – Deanna has been with the firm for 25 years and juggles a wide variety of duties, including preparing pleadings for matrimonial, family and civil cases, preparing Wills, Health Care Proxies, Powers of Attorneys, Trust documents, as well as calendaring hearings, trials and depositions. In addition, Deanna is responsible for our payroll, billing, and accounting, including the reconciliation of all business and escrow accounts and keeps the firm up to date with the latest technology and handles our computer maintenance. Deanna accomplishes all of this while ensuring a positive relationship with clients.

Christine Russo

CHRISTINE RUSSO – Christine has been with the firm for 10 years.  She assists with the technicalities that come with probate, including the preparation of documents for  court, estate inventory, insures that all debts of the estate are paid and makes sure that all property is available for distribution at the end of the probate process.  She also assists in the preparation of pleadings relating to criminal law, including plea offers and correspondence to numerous district attorney’s offices and local courts, as well as scheduling appearances and trials. Christine’s friendly manner and positive attitude is an asset in handling these sometimes difficult matters.

JEAN AYERS – Jean has been with the firm for several years. Her work is focused primarily in the area of debtor and creditor functions. She assists with the collection of debt on behalf of clients, asset location, preparation of documents for court, and preparation of documents for post-judgment collection. She corresponds regularly with the local judicial departments, courts, process servers, and sheriff’s departments. Jean’s kind disposition provides with her with a unique ability to handle and resolve difficult circumstances for many clients and with opposing parties.
